Rajesh believes that education brings a 360-degree shift in an individual’s life. He is a first generation learner himself and dreams to have equal opportunity for all. His skills are embedded through his 10+ years of experience in developing pedagogy, project management, mentoring & leadership development, advocacy, liaison with the Education Department, and networking.

He holds a master’s degree in social work and is pursuing his second master’s in education (elementary) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Rajesh likes solo travelling, connecting with people and learning from their life journey, and is passionate about poetry writing & listening!

Sayali Rane

Co-Founder

Sayali has a knack for writing interesting contents and engaging with people. From her 9+ years of experience in the development sector, she believes that communication is the key and likes to nurture relationships. She loves the learning process more soulfully while achieving the larger goal. Her skills include partnerships coordination, fulfilling compliances, strategic and governance procedures within the organisation.

She has pursued her MBA in Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS, Mumbai). She is also a master degree holder in Social Work.

A happy go lucky personality, a giggler, foody and strives to protect the environment in daily practices of life!

Manish Bhosale

Co-Founder

Manish has a silent intellectual personality. He likes to do best at whatever he does. He is an awardee of the ‘Shantai Award’ for his incredible achievements as a Teacher in promoting Adult Education. With a deep belief in the transformative power of education, he has experience of more than three years in the education sector. His skills are not limited to teaching, developing pedagogy, resource mobilisation.

He is pursuing his master’s in education (elementary) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He is a science & mathematics baccalaureate from Pune University.

Manish wins our hearts with good manners; treating others with dignity and respect are his hallmark!

Anushka Bhosale

Team Member

Anushka is an educator and loves to teach. She is dedicated, and has a genuine desire to bring a positive impact in the lives of people. She is currently pursuing a law degree at ILS Law College, Pune. Along with this, she is coordinating the teaching-learning activities at RANJHI’s Vikas Ghar program.

Vinod Mule

Team Member

Vinod is an active leader in Bhirda village of Hingoli district of Marathwada region in Maharashtra. He is a proud Farmer and also a President of the School Management Committee in Bhirda Zilla Parishad School. He believes in the power of change through collectivism and hence is skilled in community mobilisation and ensuring active participation.

He is pursuing his graduation in Arts. He is a motivated personality, with a desire to do good for the people of Bhirda. He coordinates the Neev, Vikas Ghar and Balak-Palak programs of RANJHI in Hingoli district.
